INSPIRING CREATIVITY

An inspiring and fun day for Creative Practitioners of all art-forms (actors, dancers, directors, painters, photographers, poets, printers, musicians, producers, sculptors, writers etc.) interested in inspiring others with their creativity, using the power of arts to empower people creatively.

Come if you’d like to find out about Cambridge Community Arts, how we work, and the opportunities to work or train with us. We love meeting new creative practitioners and this is your chance to share your passion with us. Everyone participating will lead a 5-minute group warm-up activity to show how they can inspire others. Together we’ll provide positive feedback on each activity to demonstrate this important element of teaching and learning. There will be plenty of time to talk about Arts and Health in the community, in practice. A chance to share the wealth of experience in the room and a safe place to ask any questions. A CCA learner and a tutor will join us to give a full representation. The day will be playful and is an excellent networking opportunity.

Cambridge Community Arts is a social inclusion charity based in Cambridge. Our vision is of healthier communities empowered by their own creativity. We support personal growth and improved health through quality creative arts activities. We run a variety of arts courses, led by talented creative practitioners, for adults in Cambridge with experience of health challenges.

You will need to provide all materials needed for your activity for up to – don’t be afraid to keep it simple. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
