Description

29 May 2026, 11am-1pm

This is a free creative session for elders and those living with dementia to access museum-led resources with their families, to engage in conversations about past memories.

Focusing on creative health, Connecting Memories is a new programme which brings people together for activities and conversation around healthy ageing. Meeting on a regular basis, the session allows the door of the Museum of Liverpool to be open to elders across the city region and their loved ones.

Sessions are aimed at all who are interested in using memory and creativity to promote healthy ageing and are delivered to be welcoming for the dementia community.

Each session is tailored to a different activity which is influenced by the group involved and their own passions, tastes and ambitions for the group.
