Dementia Friendly Heritage Network

We are delighted that this event is hosted by Amgeuddfa Cymru at St Fagans National Museum of History. As well as sharing their work on Museums Inspiring Memories project, this event will feature presentations and workshops from practitioners working across the UK.

About the Dementia Friendly Heritage Network (DFHN)

The DFHN is an informal group aiming to share knowledge and skills to support others to develop and deliver dementia-friendly initiatives at their heritage sites.

We recognise that it can be isolating for professionals and volunteers working in this field. This is why the network is open to anyone working or volunteering in the heritage sector. We welcome people who are both new and familiar to engaging people living with dementia with heritage.
