Join artist Natalia Millman for two creative pop-up sessions in St Albans.

Draw. Make. Feel better.

A relaxed, creative drop-in for all ages.

Join artist Natalia Millman for a gentle, welcoming creative session as part of Creativity and Wellbeing Week at St Albans Museum + Gallery and St Peter’s Café.

Wednesday 20 May — St Albans Museum & Gallery: 12PM–3PM
(One-hour sessions — first come, first served)

Thursday 21 May — St Peter’s Café: 1PM–3PM
(One-hour sessions — first come, first served)

Drop in at any time and explore how simple art-making can support wellbeing. Begin at a shared table of curiosity, with tactile objects and materials to spark drawing and doodling. Then create your own small artwork using collage, colour, and simple prompts such as “I feel better when…” or “A small joy is…”

You can take your creation home as a personal reminder or choose to leave it behind as part of a quiet “pass it on” exchange — offering a moment of encouragement to someone else.

This is a calm, inclusive space for all ages to slow down, connect, and express themselves through creativity. No artistic experience is needed — just come as you are.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.
