Expression through Art

De Mazenod House Spirituality Centre London, offers a free weekly Art Workshop, where you can express yourself in a light-hearted way through colour, form and reflection.

Each week has a unique theme that will speak to you in different ways. You will learn:

• How to convey a story by relating to events/experiences of your own.
• How to look at things from a different perspective.
• How to express emotions that can’t be articulated through words.
