Festival of Belonging Exhibition and Creative Workshop

Join us at the Deptford Lounge on Tuesday 20th May between 3-6 pm to celebrate our group art show on the theme of Belonging, and take part in a free creative workshop for Creativity and Wellbeing Week.

Drawing inspiration from the gold line uniting all canvases on display, this workshop invites participants to collaboratively create a large yarn drawing - each person contributing to a shared image.

You will also be able to hear a soundscape created to accompany the exhibition, composed of thoughtful conversations between members talking about their experiences of belonging and creativity.

The exhibition will be on display in the Deptford Lounge from 6th to 28th May during library opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 7 pm; Saturday, 9am to 5 pm).
