Forget-me-not Chorus: North Wales

We run community groups across Wales – in Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport, North Wales and from 11th May 2024 in St. Austell, Cornwall. Our meetings take place every week, and are a relaxed, fun way to meet other people who know what it’s like living with or alongside dementia.
