Welcome to the 3rd event by me and #freethemenopause - an initiative to drive more focus on research, consideration and policy for freelancers, artists and those outside of traditional employment when it comes to Menopause care.

There are a staggering 989,000 creative freelancers making up the UK workforce who are currently not included in the UK GOV health statistics, menopause mandates or training, nor in the multidisplinary & systematic approach needed to begin to bring these discussions to the forefront. This is where #freethemenopause comes in!

This online gathering will be celebrating everything menopause; flipping the narrative on its head and thanking our bodies for what they do and taking the opportunity to step back and feel the benefits of play and creativity through dance and collage.
