Description

From reducing stress to keeping joints and bones mobile, there are many ways gardening can improve our health. That’s why Social Action for Health and St Mary’s Secret Garden have partnered to run health and wellbeing sessions that are emersed in nature.

Their FREE 10-week programmes are for people in Hackney who are living with long term health conditions, including long COVID, or who are bereaved.

Relax in nature, nurture new friendships, and take some time for yourself in a beautiful community garden.

No prior experience or equipment is required, and you are welcome to bring someone along with you for support.

Sessions for people living with long term conditions, including long COVID, start on Tuesday 17th May, from 11:00 AM - 13:30 PM.

Sessions for people who are bereaved start on Friday 20th May, from 13:30 PM - 16:00 PM.
