Make and Create is a female led, eco-conscious, creative company which focuses on using creativity for wellbeing.

Founded in 2018 by Dr Zoe Watson - a GP with a passion for mental health,  Make and Create seeks to remove barriers to creativity and encourages people to use the process of creativity as a way of promoting a sense of wellbeing and calm.

Through running workshops, creative events and creating carefully curated DIY craft kits, Make and Create brings creativity to the masses.

We also make a range of handmade products, designed to support your mental health. From soothing aromatherapy candles to empowering jewellery to increase your confidence. We are all about creative self-care here at Make and Create.
