A guided participatory artistic activity workshop with Francesca Arrigoni-Halliday exploring the menopause as a whole-body transition.
To accompany her upcoming exhibition, Francesca Arrigoni-Halliday will be leading a 90 minute guided participatory artistic activity workshop exploring the menopause as a whole-body transition.
The session will include.
Scientific insight into how menopause affects long‑term health, particularly cardiovascular function with a presentation by Dr Francesca Arrigoni- Halliday, a physiologist researching into menopause and a practicing illustrator.
A guided participatory artistic activity where attendees map their own lived experiences.
The workshop concludes by linking lived experience directly to care, with a specialist menopause pharmacist, Inger De Silva, explaining how treatment options, hormonal and non‑hormonal, can be tailored to real lives and long‑term health goals.
Throughout, the focus is on understanding, validation, and informed choice, supporting participants to feel more confident, listened to, and better equipped to engage with menopause care.
