Men's Circle

Open to all men who wish to join others for chat, skillshare, and community around the camp fire at our private setting at Bramble Corner Smallholding in Denver, Nr Downham Market, Norfolk.

Our men's circles are aimed at creating a supportive space where men can share their experiences, discuss personal challenges, and learn from one another. Our circles are facilitated by a male 'leader', but discussion is steered by the men in the group, sometimes with focus on topics such as relationships, fatherhood, masculinity, and mental health, for example, with the goal of fostering open communication, vulnerability, and emotional growth.

Our men's circles have gained popularity in recent years as more men seek out ways to connect with one another and break down barriers around masculinity and mental health. Sometimes we incorporate rituals, such as drumming or chanting, other times we use a more traditional discussion-based formats, always our circles are confidential.
