Description

Dr Cathy Sloan's Messy Connections is a new book on addiction recovery art practices, published by Routledge.

Join the Addiction Recovery Arts Network for the launch, which will be an early evening celebration at London College of Music, University of West London (UWL). There will be a music performance by Simon Mason (Hightown Pirates) and spoken word by Hannah Stanislaus (Lost Souls Events) alongside insights from Dr Cathy Sloan about her ground-breaking new book. The evening is hosted by artist and UWL researcher leon clowes.

This free and sober event will take place in Freddie's Bar (named after alumnus Freddie Mercury) in University of West London Students' Union. Don't miss out on the opportunity to meet the author and mingle with addiction recovery artists and practitioners. It is going to be a fantastic evening and we hope to see you there!
