Creating a Tree of Life mural with local grassroots community support organisations - inspiring hope, self-reflection and action.

Clients from local grassroots support organisations, Umeed and GOS&D (Golden Opportunities, Skills & Development), will join us in creating a communityTree of Life mural.

Together we will explore a path to a more hopeful future. The activity will encourage everyone to identify the small but achievable steps they can take to bring about positive change.

We will work outdoors in the gardens in front of the old farmhouse, and participants will also have an opportunity to create a personalised Tree of Life to illustrate their own journey forward.

Refreshments will be served and we invite everyone to enjoy some mindful time in the fabulously restorative natural surroundings of the Farm grounds.
