Move and Sketch at Tower Bridge

Join Trapped in Zone One for a Move and Sketch (Females Only) at Tower Bridge during Creative and Wellbeing Week for Move and Sketch with artist Husna Parvin, get active by walking and sketching in a group environment exploring one of London's most iconic landmarks and architectural marvels.

The aim of our activity is to improve confidence of females in walking on a more regular basis, boost mental wellbeing and give participants safe opportunities for social interaction. By hosting this physical activity and merging the creative medium of sketching on the move our aim is to engage with participants, who are often inactive, make physical activity part of their daily routine exploring creative and greenspaces.

ON THE DAY

Please arrive on time and go to the meeting area: Visitors Entrance at Tower Bridge (Tower Bridge Road, SE1 2UP).

This workshop will be partially outside so please dress for the weather.

We ask all attendees to bring their own art material of a sketchbook, pencils, eraser, and sharper as a means of continuing the activity in your time after the session creating your own Move and Sketch plan. If you do require assistance with materials, contact us prior to attending the activity.
