We are a theatre company based in the North of England.  We use drama and theatre to support and develop adults through our creative courses.

LAB Project is a two-week course combining team work, confidence building and communication skills.  This course is accredited

LAB Wellbeing is designed to build mental and emotional resilience.

LAB Volunteering prepares people for volunteering and finds them a relevant placement.
