Join Rejuvenate ! for monthly activities and guest speakers (refreshments and materials provided) - first Thursday of the month at The Courtyard Theatre and Centre for the Arts, Edgar Street, Hereford 10.30 - 12.30. First session is free then a donation of £4.00 each month. A time to relax, learn new skills, have fun and recharge your batteries !

During the Coronavirus we are providing online support and a fortnightly newsletter to our Carers called 'The Rejuvenation'.  It is packed with creative ideas and inspirational support.  We can also be followed on Facebook and Instagram.
