Repair and reuse - empowered through stitching

The second of three Visible Mending workshops.  In this session you will learn hiw to apply Sashiko stitching to repair a worn or torn garment.  Some of the benefits of this Sashiko stitching session;

• Craftivism and projects that have highlighted the environmental injustice of producing fast fashion.
• Discussing cultural attitudes to repair - needs driven v. lifestyle choicec
• Purchasing choices - climate conscious?
