Singing for lung health with Helen Hayes

Helen is a music-for-wellbeing practitioner who works in the Lowestoft area.  She facilitates accessible groups which can help participants manage health and wellbeing conditions.  Helen is an Alzheimer’s Society Singing for the Brain leader, a member of the Sing to Beat Parkinson’s network and an Asthma and Lung UK-accredited Singing for Lung Health practitioner and run their national online group.
