An opportunity for children aged 10-16 years to join us at West Stow Country Park and develop their photography skills and explore the beautiful landscape in this seasonal photography workshop with local photographer; Phil Morley.

The diversity of the location gives us a great variety of photo opportunities. From the heath and woodland, river and lake there are a wealth of creative landscape and close-up shots that we will look at.

This workshop is ideal for beginners and photographers looking to learn more about their camera. Throughout the workshop we will look at variety of camera techniques and composition tips to help you improve your photography. You will need to bring a camera, it doesn’t matter how good or how basic - we’ll show it’s you that can take great pictures, not the camera.

Workshop duration includes a break for lunch - please provide own lunch, the café on site is open serving a range of hot and cold food and drinks.

Suitable for ages 10-16 years
Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied
Meet at the West Stow Visitor Centre
Part of this workshop is outdoors, so please wear appropriate clothing
Please note there is a variety of terrain within the Country Park
Parking fee: £3 for the day
Excludes admission to the Anglo-Saxon Village
