The Body Hotel

The Body Hotel CIC is a Wales-based and International social enterprise focusing on movement as a tool for wellbeing. We do this by creating and delivering workshops, courses and intensives with a multicultural- and LGBTQ+ affirmative stance. Our past movement based programmes engaged over 200 NHS staff, supporting burnout prevention and workplace relationships. We work with the NHS, marginalised groups through community organisations, and businesses with strong equality, diversity and inclusion values. Our projects are funded by HEIW, Arts Council Wales and partners from four Health Boards.
