We are continuing our online hula hoop classes but are now able to link them with an in person class , for anyone who would prefer, or does not have the space at home .

In our online classes we cover activities that can be safely performed in the home or garden.

Our professional team of tutors who normally teach our in-person circus classes will be able to interact with participants and give instructions and advice live.

Use this opportunity to learn something new or build on existing hula hoop skills.

Our highly experienced tutors will guide you through the foundations and refinement of hula hoop techniques.

Starting from learning to spin one hoop around the body, participants can move on to stringing together a variety of movements into a routine, or learning to spin multiple hoops on the body.
