The Smiling Sessions

The Smiling Sessions is a high quality, participatory singing activity delivered by three professional musicians: Alison, Pete and Neil. The project prevents loneliness, improves wellbeing and encourages group interaction among Senior Citizens.

The sessions take place at Sunflower House in Folkestone, fortnightly on Thursdays from 2.15pm to 3.45pm.
