Are you over 50? Join our 'Theatre Exchange' 2024 workshops near Hackney Downs.

Theatre exchange is designed to help individuals over 50 years old find a place to connect and explore creative drama techniques including, script development and improvisation, while being active and independent.

The programme has been associated with improved mental wellbeing and confidence, with participants saying;

"I was very shy. It brought me out, and now I can stand outside and do all these tricks that actresses do”.

"I really surprised myself that I could do as much as I did”.

“Got much more confidence realising that I could do it and it wasn't so intimidating”.

Sessions take place on Mondays 4:30PM - 6:15PM
