Upswing

Upswing is a multi-award-winning UK-based contemporary circus company. Founded by Vicki Dela Amedume in 2006, we use the human body as an expressive tool to entertain, inspire curiosity, share urgent ideas and ignite a desire to build connection.

Homemade Circus is our two-year project that follows almost a decade of building circus skills for and with older people. We've been working with three care home providers in London and the South East to bring circus activities into care home settings.
