Writing for wellbeing harnesses the self-explorative, cathartic and creative aspects of writing with the intention of gently improving wellbeing. This is an introductory two hour virtual session which will allow you to try some basic journaling techniques is a safe, friendly environment. You don't need to be a writer to take part, this writing is for you.
