I’m a big fan of singing and sewing to look after my wellbeing! I find it very therapeutic to have a good big sing and very soothing to keep my hands busy with some embroidery or cross-stitch!
For me, the lockdown has meant getting more comfortable with sitting alone with my thoughts and listening to myself about what I need each day to keep myself going!
