Forget-me-not Chorus: a charity bringing the joy of singing to people living with dementia, and those who support them.

FMNC has brought the power of shared song to staff and residents of six Cornish care homes since 2021 and we’re now very excited to bring our first community chorus outside Wales to St Austell, Cornwall. Led by a team of highly-trained, professional musicians, community sessions will energise, engage, and empower those with dementia, and those who love and care for them. So much more than simply singing old songs, it’s about creating new memories, enjoying new experiences, and celebrating life in the moment.

Starting May 11th 2024, Forget-me-not sessions will take place every other week, and are a relaxed, fun way to meet other people who know what it’s like living with or alongside dementia. Membership is free, and no referral is needed.
