Chiara is the founder of Tea Encounters. Her 15 year long path into tea made her develop a true passion for playing with high quality leaves in order to offer amazing experiences for the palate and the soul.

The quality of the tea leaf reveals so many layers in the process of tea making: the environment and how it is treated is the key to producing an exceptional aroma. Leaves have been preserved thanks to traditional techniques that survived for centuries and that inform the history and the culture of both China and Japan, their traditional medicine and philosophy of life.

Under Chiara's guidance, you'll taste a variety of delicious teas, focusing on their aroma and how they develop in the cup, using the traditional gong fu style of infusion.
